The Bowers Museum(www.bowers.org), is having an “An Irish Holiday Festival-The Story of Ireland” on December 9th. Experience a day of Irish tradition and culture filled with music, song, storytelling, dance, crafts, books, cakes, puddings and more!
For a truly “OC” experience we recommend attending one of our incredible boat parades. The 104th annual Newport Beach Christmas Boat parade(www.christmasboatparade.com) is Newport Beach’s Christmas Card to the world, the boat parade will set the harbor ablaze for five consecutive nights, beginning Wednesday, December 19 and ending Sunday, December 23, 2012. The parade starts off Bay Island at 6:30 pm and finishes at the same site at approximately 9:00 pm each evening.
Not to mention The annual Huntington Harbour Boat Parade(www.surfcityusa.com)on December 8th. Celebrating the Philharmonics Society of Orange County’s Cruise of Lights 50th anniversary with Golden Memories: 50 Years of Music.
